Long Vowel Sounds Review Board Game (B6 Gr.5)



教學單元:朗文第六冊Get Ready單元的sounds review (第五冊學過的phonics單字)

教學目標:

1.可以運用規則說出單字
2.可以知道字義。
3.可以互相合作學習

使用時機:
在用ppt複習過發音規則和單字後,此遊戲用於分組活動的練習,以加強說和讀的能力。



所需教具:
1.PPT一份
2. 每組骰子一顆和遊戲版一張(請列印成A3大小)
3. 每個人需有同顏色同類型的遊戲棋子數個,每組不超過六人(我是分成四人一組)

遊戲說明:
1.發給每組遊戲版和骰子一顆,以及每組四種不同顏色的棋子數個

2.用ppt複習單字,並確認學生知道每個圖片代表的單字意思。

3.所有棋子從Start開始。學生輪流擲骰子,擲幾號就走幾步,必須說出圖片的說法,答對者把棋子放在單字上,答錯者棋子必須回到骰子投擲之前的位置。被螃蟹咬到要把所有棋子收回。最後一位把自己棋子放在最後一個單字上者獲勝。

4.程度較好的學生可以要求拼出圖片的代表單字的拼法,或是用單字造句。程度較弱者只需要說出單字即可。

This phonics game practices identifying and recognizing long vowel words from Here We Go B6 Get Ready Unit.

 
It is designed for playing in a group consisted of 4 team members.


It can also be played as a class game by projecting the game onto your smart board.


The game reviews long vowel words with the letter patterns ay, ai, a-e, ea, ee, i-e, ie, y, oa, ow, o-e, u-e, and ew.

I hope students will enjoy the game.


 Steps:

1. Review long vowel words by projecting PPT file on the whiteboard.

2.Make an A3 copy of the game and prepare a die for each team.

3.Students should have certain amount of same game pieces to represent  himself or herself.

4. Students take turns to roll the die and say the word of the picture, if he/she gets a correct answer, he/she can put a game piece on the word.

4. The last person to land his/her game piece on the last word is the winner.
